Overview

ClientFlow4U ("the Platform") provides WhatsApp marketing and communication tools under a Bring Your Own WhatsApp (BYOW) model. We are committed to maintaining a platform that is free from spam, abuse, and illegal messaging. This policy applies to all users, accounts, and messages sent through the Platform.

By using the Platform you agree to comply with this Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Content

You must NOT send messages containing:

Spam — bulk, unsolicited, or repetitive messages sent without consent
Phishing, fraud, or deceptive content designed to mislead recipients
Malware, viruses, links to malicious sites, or harmful attachments
Content that is illegal in the recipient's or sender's jurisdiction
Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language
Sexual content involving minors or any non-consensual intimate content
Unauthorized collection of personal information (forms, surveys without disclosure)
Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing without clear disclosure, or investment scams
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Misleading sender identification or impersonation of other brands

Prohibited Platform Use

Beyond message content, the following platform behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Rate Limit Bypass
Circumventing sending limits or quotas
Account Sharing
Sharing credentials or enabling unauthorized access
Fake Accounts
Creating accounts under false identity
Automation Abuse
Using bots to mass-register or mass-send
Reselling Access
Offering Platform access to third parties
Reverse Engineering
Extracting source code or APIs

Opt-Out Compliance

You are required to:

  • Include a clear, easy opt-out mechanism in every marketing message (e.g. "Reply STOP to unsubscribe")
  • Honor opt-out requests immediately and within no more than 10 business days
  • Never send additional marketing messages to a contact who has opted out
  • Keep a suppression list of opted-out contacts and exclude them from future campaigns
  • Never penalize, charge, or disadvantage a contact for opting out

Enforcement

ClientFlow4U reserves the right to take any of the following actions against accounts that violate this policy:

Warning
A written notice for a first or minor violation with a remediation deadline.
Campaign suspension
Pausing outgoing campaigns while a violation is under review.
Account suspension
Temporary account lockout pending investigation.
Permanent termination
Immediate account removal for severe, repeated, or clearly intentional violations.
Legal referral
Referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

We may act without prior notice when a violation poses an immediate risk to recipients, the platform, or third parties.

Reporting Abuse

If you have received unsolicited messages from someone using ClientFlow4U, or if you suspect a Platform user is violating this policy, please report it to abuse@clientflow4u.com. Include the sender's phone number, a description of the messages received, and any screenshots. We review all reports within 24 hours.

User Responsibility

ClientFlow4U provides the infrastructure; you are responsible for how you use it. You agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all content you send through the Platform.
  • You will comply with all applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and local regulations.
  • You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy at all times.
  • ClientFlow4U is not liable for any damages arising from your messaging practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Platform evolves or regulations change. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
