By accessing or using ClientFlow4U ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

ClientFlow4U is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for WhatsApp marketing and communication using the BYOW (Bring Your Own WhatsApp) model. Users connect their own Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API accounts.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Four plans. Paid subscriptions billed through Lemon Squeezy. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from Billing.
If your subscription expires or payment fails, your account auto-downgrades to the Free plan. Your data remains intact but is subject to Free-tier quotas.

You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your contacts before uploading their information and sending them messages. You must provide an opt-out mechanism and honor opt-out requests promptly. ClientFlow4U is not responsible for your compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message delivery depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API and is subject to Meta's rate limits, quality restrictions, and service availability.
The Platform, including its code, design, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of ClientFlow4U. Content you upload (contacts, templates, media) remains yours — you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
ClientFlow4U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive messaging practices, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at our principal place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
