We keep your data for as long as your account is active. On deletion, we remove personal and contact data within 30 days. Some records (billing, audit logs) are kept longer for legal compliance. You can trigger full deletion anytime from your profile or via the Meta data-deletion callback.

We operate under Meta's BYOW (Bring Your Own WhatsApp) model. Meta messaging charges are billed directly by Meta to your Meta Business account — we never handle Meta billing. Your messaging is subject to Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy.
Your data may be stored and processed in the country of our hosting provider. By using the platform you consent to such transfers in accordance with applicable law.
The platform is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
