Overview

ClientFlow4U offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the platform within 14 days of your first payment, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Subscriptions are billed and refunded through Paddle, our payment processor. This policy applies to platform subscription fees only.

Who Is Eligible

New subscribers
First-time paid subscribers on any plan (Starter, Pro, or Business) within 14 days of their initial payment.
Plan upgrades
If you upgrade to a higher plan and request a refund within 14 days of the upgrade charge.

14-Day Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

No pro-rata refunds. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no partial amount is returned.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for a refund:

Free plan
The Free tier has no charge — there is nothing to refund.
Meta messaging fees
WhatsApp Business messaging costs are billed directly by Meta to your Meta Business account. ClientFlow4U does not collect, handle, or refund Meta charges.
Significant usage
Accounts that have sent a substantial volume of messages or made extensive use of platform features during the refund window. Refunds are intended for customers who genuinely did not find the product suitable, not as a free usage window.
Renewals (after 14 days)
Subscription renewals are not refundable unless the request is made within 14 days of that specific renewal charge.
Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or Anti-Spam Policy are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the platform. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger an automatic refund. If you cancel within the 14-day window and wish a refund, you must also submit a refund request as described below.

After cancellation your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your data is preserved.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@clientflow4u.com with the following:

  • The email address registered to your account
  • The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for
  • A brief reason (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method via Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-product notice.
